2. VoIP Services
2.1 Service Scope
AssuredLink.net provides VoIP calling services, including SIP Trunking, call management, voicemail, and DID forwarding.
2.2 Service Limitations
- VoIP services depend on internet connectivity and may be affected by outages or latency.
- Emergency calling (e.g., 911) is limited by the nature of VoIP technology.
2.3 Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate account details and keep their contact information updated.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet connections.
2.4 Prohibited Use
- The use of VoIP services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Billing and Payments
- VoIP service invoices are generated monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of issuance.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
2.6 Service Termination
- AssuredLink.net may terminate services for non-compliance with these terms or non-payment.
3. Wi-Fi Management Services
3.1 Service Scope
Wi-Fi Management includes 24/7 network monitoring, helpdesk support, custom login page creation, and high-speed internet optimization.
3.2 Installation and Setup
- AssuredLink.net will provide professional installation and setup services. The customer is responsible for granting access to the site and providing necessary permissions.
3.3 Fair Usage Policy
- Wi-Fi services must be used in accordance with fair usage policies to ensure optimal network performance for all users.
3.4 Billing and Payments
- Invoices for Wi-Fi Management services are issued monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. Payments must be made within the stated timeframe.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee or result in service suspension.
3.5 Maintenance and Support
- Regular maintenance is included in the service fee. Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope support requests or equipment replacement.
4. Invoices and Payments
4.1 Billing Schedule
- Invoices are issued electronically to the registered email address.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or supported payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal.
4.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds for prepaid services are issued only for cancellations made within the first 30 days of service.
4.4 Disputes
- Any billing disputes must be reported within 14 days of invoice receipt. Unreported disputes will be deemed accepted.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 AssuredLink.net is not liable for losses due to service interruptions, hardware failures, or misuse of services. 5.2 Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
6. Privacy and Data Security
6.1 Customer data will be stored securely and used solely for providing the agreed services. 6.2 AssuredLink.net complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR, Canadian PIPEDA, and United States privacy laws.
7. Termination of Services
7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. 7.2 Upon termination, all equipment provided by AssuredLink.net must be returned in working condition.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, based on the jurisdiction in which the services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state/provincial laws.
